History of Raffles
Opened in 1993 and having grown alongside the City of Preston as it has evolved, Raffles is a family concern, owned by Elaine Gillibrand. Elaine and her family have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years having opened their very first coffee shop in Wigan back in the early nineties.
Raffles, in The Mall St Georges, continues to offer high quality, home cooked food with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the heart of the busy city.
